The architecture, customs and history of Victorian England are inherent in the Dickens' Village Series. These distinguished and quaint buildings and accessories are an inspiration to all who make them part of their holiday traditions. A central piece in the popular "Christmas Carol" Village series, this is where Scrooge and Marley operated their lucrative accounting business. The piece is hand-crafted from porcelain and hand-painted. This item illuminates using a standard light cord and 6 watt 120 volt bulb. Designed by Village artists and manufactured by Department 56.

Isn't this adorable? This authentic Department 56 building is in fabulous condition, but does not include the lighting fixture. Original box is included! While the piece is in good condition, there are areas where the glaze was missed during manufacturing. In addition, the "snow" is bubbled (see photos). Department 56 quality!
